the frog is a Cruziohyla craspedopus, it used to ba a member of the Agalychnis, but was split of into its own genus. it is commonly known as the friled leaf frog, a close relative of the Cruziohyla calcarifer, the splendid leaf frog.
C. craspedopus is found in a relatively large area through Peru, Brazil and Ecuador, while C. calcarifer originates from Costa Rica.
the only one i have found that was for sale was priced at $1500, not cheap but a lovely frog.
