Hello and welcome
i have never bred before, but were i get my frogs from he has a rain chamber, simulating tropical showers through out the day and night...
a rain chamber is a very simple and effective set up and works most times. the frogs are simply put in until spawning has occurd and are then put back into there normal viv. spawn is then put in a swet box and "incubated" until they hatch. you then have the lovely job of playing dad to the lil froglits.
it is the rainy season when most frogs bread so although increasing humidity helps it does not fully simulate the time of year. it is better to slowly increase the amounts of sprays so the humidity slightly raises over time, tricking the frogs into thinking the time of year is changing, day light hours will also differ and changes in temp. in an ideal world you need to creat an entire seasonal cycle.
