can any one tell me if Rhampholeon eat thier babies because the mom has been hanging by where she laid the eggs for about a week now laid eggs about one month ago thank you

I don't have any first hand experience with breeding pygmy chameleons but from the research I've done, I would say that they don't eat their babies but that is just an educated guess. If they are hungry and the babies are small enough, the female might try to eat one of the babies but they are usually an inch long and I think that would be too big for even an adult pygmy chameleon. The only thing I have heard about with the babies is to watch out for crickets because the crickets can maul or even kill the baby chameleons.
