Default Can Chameleons Swims?

I want to build a safe Viv for my chameleon, I just need to know if they can swim in case he falls in or something, I know it is a dumb question but I don't want him to die. He does not usually come out of the plants but just in case. THANKS

I am not sure that all species can swim but I know there are a few that can for sure.
What species are we talking about?
