Default Help with all he Basics

I am currently planning on buying an oriental fire bellied toad at the Hamburg, PA Reptile Show (If they have 'em!). I have an extra 10 gallon tank with a Under Tank Heater (will be removed if not needed) and a screen top. I am only planning on keeping 1 (if I am lucky two) toads. I want to make a waterfall, but don't know where to begin and I am also planning on low flow stream (water flow will be split something like 15/85 stream/waterfall). I don't know what type of ground I want to use (I.E. False Floor). I want a 50/50 tank (water/land), but I don't know how often I need to replace the water. I am going to either make a waterfall or scrap it and just use an internal filter. Please help I don't know where to start!! Please help. Please post some pictures if you ave what I want I need ideas lol

BTW I am new to toads, but not reptiles, if you wanna check out what I have: leopardbreeder.tripod.com! Thanks everyone!

FTB's care is more like frog care. FTB'S are toxic even to themselves. their toxins will build up in the water and soil so partial water changes should be done pretty regular (filtration helps) and soil should be changed/deep clean done once a month (some people say more often but with one or 2 this is fine)
