Hey golden

Have you read how I made my wall unit ?

Marty

PS. btw, I hope you're not thinking of mixing several species in one tank. This is not a good practice as it leads to hybrids which are frowned upon in the dart hobby.

I only keep one pair per tank. Tanks are 30gal each. No breeding pools. I do have bromeliads in each tank and coco huts with petrie dishes that serve as egg deposition sites. For my pumilio tanks I have two large bromeliads with deep water holes in axils of the leaves. That is where the tads develop and morph out. My vent tank has some small film containers. That's where my vents like to lay eggs.

Mantellas like cooler temps, so be sure not to heat up the tank too much. I don't have closeups, but you can click on the pictures in the post to get closeups. Basically there is a mesh covered slit in the top of the tank and then one at the bottom, both close to the front glass. The fans pull air from the tank across the front, keeping it fog free
