Also I think they would appreciate lots more plants.

They are too young to sex yet. That tank is only for temporary use, thier new home will have lots of broms.

Well, setting up the tanks is often 3/4 of the fun. Don't take that away from yourself.
People often do sell vivariums all setup and established. People who have to move and get rid of thier frogs sell it, or even sometimes people who want to sell their frogs, but don't want the frogs to live in a different vivarium.

those are nice looking frogs. how much light do you have on that viv? that is a nice red brom to have on the bottom. it will hold that color if you keep it under (and close to) some decent light. otherwise itll fade back to green.

what size viv and what type of price range are you looking? i am trying to get into businees here locally and trying to find out what 'fair' prices are. ive put some pretty nice tanks together on a budget and would be happy to help you along with yours, or possibly put one together for you.
