there are only plants in it right now. and for plants most of them are random ones i found at HD that were labeled as 4" tropicals so im not sure what they are. other then that there are a few bromeliads.. not sure of the type. and some local ferns.. but i think they will dye off soon without a dormancy. For the water part at the bottem i am going to get a few aquatic plants.. im not sure how well i will do with them i heard there prett finicky.. but i will try haha. any ways thanks for the comments. i will try to get some better pictures soon.

That viquarium is awsome! I wonder what you could keep in there? Is the whole bottom water or is there some land to it too?

some aquatics will realy set the tank off, i recomend anubias, cryptocornes and a nice patch of lilaeopsis. also some salvinia and riccia would be nice, maybe even a few java ferns. the cool thing about all of theese plants is that they will all do well out of water in wet substrate as well, so you could have some marshy areas if you wanted. also they are all very hardy and tolorate a wide range of conditions.

be sure and post some pics when you get the aquatics planted

Kevin

yes the hole bottem is wood. and im not planing on having anything in it yet. i think i will get some fish once a get some aquatic plants in it though. thank you for the list of plants i will keep thoughs in mind. im still waiting for the pet store to get a better selection of plants in. here is a update picture i moved a few things around to get more light to the part at the bottem. as well when i was there asking about plants they were getting ride of all there reptial tanks because they got all new exo terra ones.. but anyways they were selling there old ones for 10 bucks each i was shocked so i bout 4 of them then my sister bought me 3 because she actualy works there part time and saw them and didnt know i had bought any.. so now i have 6 tanks that are 19"X24"X13" and one 19"X24"X26".. i thought it was hell of a deal they needed a bit of work but for 10 bucks its worth it.. what should i use for the doors arylic or glass???
