Default Dendrobates pumilio 'bastimentos' 20 Long Vertical

So, the tank is officially finished (well you know they are never really finished). I got the final plants today, and I put the frogs in.
Here is a link to the construction journal incase you didnt see it or don't remember.
About to build my First Vertical tanks! Update on page 2

Thanks guys. Nah, I didnt make any mistakes on this one. But I did on the second one which is another 20 long vertical. I was heavy handed on my handi foam spraying. As a result I got an extra thick foam background, and one can was not enough to cover the whole background. As opposed to the above tank where 1 can was just enough. So definetly have an extra can whenever you are doing this. I also didnt have enough black silicone, so I guess my biggest mistakes were in getting enough supplies.
I find that coco bedding (bed a beast) is too thin, not chunky enough. I was wondering if I could find something better.
I dont want to use straight tree fern fiber becuase then the background would be too flat looking.

Oh and I was recently made aware that metal hinges might experience some rust in the long run due to high humidity.

Luckily, there are places where you can buy lexan/plexiglass hinges.
