Hey thanks shane, i got them in Reptile Haven in Dublin (Ireland)! They were handed in by a collection that was leaving the country so i took them! My female dropped her third pair of eggs in as many months today, the first set weren't fertile and the second are still cooking so fingers crossed before the end of the month!!

Yes they're lygodactylus kimhowelli, i originally thought they were lygodactylus picturatus but I've since found out that continuous strips down the back are a kimhowelli trait. Either way they're great little pets!!

Nice gecko's.

Could it be you've just fattened Jo up?

I had some trouble with the same kind of plant. Maybe they're better suited to being outdoors.

Hey Torin,

Thanks man! Shes had three sets of eggs in three months now so she’s loosing a lot of body-mass, im a bit worried, i have her on lots of crickets and babyfood/vit/cal mix, hopefully thatll work.

The ivy i used just never really rooted. I had a small pothos in there that was thriving though. I use artificial plants now, only because they make it easier to sanitise the viv, id much prefer to go back to a planted tank. If i ever get dart frogs ill have a naturalistic tank as their waste degrades into the soil rather than sticking all over the leaves!!
