You should have a shallow dish of calcium available for them at all times and dust the prey with both Vits and Cal at each feeding.
Don't use the calcium with D3 either, they don't need the D3 to absorb the calcium.

Variety in your prey selection is always best nutritionally for your gecko.
There are a couple of recommended ways to determine the correct prey size to feed these lizards. The first, and the one I consider most safe, is that the prey should be no longer than the space between the Gecko’s eyes. The second, which will allow for slightly larger prey to be fed, is that the prey should be no wider than half the width of the gecko’s head and no longer than the geckos head.
It is important to note that multiple small prey items are easier to digest and provide more nutrition than fewer large prey items.
Personally I always avoided Meal Worms, as much as possible, due to the high amount of chiten. When I did use them I tried to pick only the soft ones that were freshly molted.

Actually I don't even bother dusting mealworms -- crickets, yes, mealworms no. The calcium just doesn't seem to stick well to the mealies. I find it far easier to just drop the mealies into the calcium dish. That way when Peanut grabs one, she also gets a bit of calcium too.
