Ok, guys... Articles: They should be about something. It should read like an article in a newspaper. If you are asking questions, it is not an article and should not be posted in the articles section. Do NOT post an article just to show off pics of your new herp and ask us how cute it is, that can be done in the forum. DO post care sheets, how-to's, and relevant things that you come across (like laws that might affect ownership of exotics and whatnot). Please make sure that every article you post is easy to read and understand and does not contain typos, chatspeak, slang, or abbreviations (unless followed by the definition after at least the first use). Remember, this should read like it is coming from the newspaper or a magazine.

About the Rep System: Please use this system often, and please use it wisely. Do NOT give good rep just because you like someone, and do not give bad rep for retaliation or because you do not like someone. Please, and I cannot stress this enough, MAKE SURE that you are leaving a comment when you leave rep. The purpose of this system is both to alert people about the validity of someone's statements and to help people see where they may need to make changes. If you do not leave a comment, how are they going to know what they did wrong, or for that matter what they did right? When you leave rep, make sure you think it over carefully before doing so. Do NOT leave a comment saying that what they said was stupid, or that they are dumb, or anything else offensive.

Let's try to get some good articles written, and lets use the rep system more often. Thanks for your time guys!
