Default need to make a 6 x 6 x 3 any good ideas?

I just bought a juvinelle water dragon, and I have him in a 75 gallon. And I want to build him a 6 x 6 x 3 vivarium. I am not quiet sure what I want it look like yet, mainly cause I don't know much about it. but I do know that I want it to have a plexi glass front and something cheaper for the sides and top. I also want to have a water fountain and filtration system to help clean the swimming area for my WD. any Good Ideas for me?

the water dragon can get up to three feet but they need a tank that is long and tall as twice there length and as deep as there length but he's just a little guy right now so I have a year to prepare. So pics won't becoming in for awhile.

plywood would probably be your best option.

at the moment, I'm planning something similar for my CWD. Plexiglass is easy enough to cut to size and fit. The big problem is making sure you don't scratch it, heh.

Any waterproof material will do fine for the rest of the construction, marine ply, well sealed contiboard (melamine faced particle board) is ok too as long as you make doubly sure no water will get behind the facing on it as if it does... all your hard work will end up a soggy mess on the floor with a bemused water dragon sat on top of it a few months down the line.

Go to Geothermal Aquaculture Research Foundation Home Page go to the DIY pages and click tank building. put in your size and prefered materials and you will get a cut list. keep in mind for tall projects the thickness of glass or plexi is intended to hold water so you can gwt away with thinner pieces. keep in mind if you build with multiple peices of glass or plexi it can change the needed length of some pieces
