Default Pest?

I'm wondering if I have a pest or not. Sorry I dont have a pic but I will try and explain as simple as I can. I have a very humid vivarium with an assortment of live plants. I have about 2 inches of aquarium gravel with coconut bedding on top. The plants are planted right into the bedding and they are thriving very well. A little wile back I placed some outdoor moss into the aquarium with no special treatment. That is also doing very well. About a week later I noticed small bugs resembling wingless fruit flys crawling around in the soil and on the wet parts of my driftwood. Nothing bad has happed and they have been in there for about a month now. What are they?
