Grey TFs are one species I've never kept but always wanted to. The way you asked the question it's a bit hard to give advise because you don't mention the size of your tank, so it's difficult to say. IMHO you can create the viv the way you want to; meaning put whatever size water feature that you'd prefer, just make sure the frog has alot of sturdy branches and leaves to climb on because it's nocturnal and arboreal.

Unless you plan to breed them a waterfeature is not Mandantory as long as you mist the tank or are able to keep the Humidity High enough.

They will soak if they get a chance. Your Water feature can be as small as a couple of inches to several feet if you make a big enough tank. So as long as they can fit in it..it will do okay.

Keep in Mind they are "TREE" frogs, so If you really wanna do some soaking holes right, You can make some water pockets in your branches, were water will collect when It rain (When you mist)
