Faom will stick to glass only when cured. So as long as you find a way to spread it and make it hold, it is possible.

You should however use silicon first. If the foam is all around your terra, it will be ugly trought the window, as you will see the foam line outside, wathever you do to it on the inside.

I have a few extra turtle docks, I was thinking of cutting one in half, glueing the back side and sticking it to the glass, then siliconing it and putting moss on it.

Silicon should work to stick the foam to the glass.

Silicone should work for most situations where you'd think glu emay be needed. Attaching things to walls, attaching things to other things, etc.

In my experience, it is NOT necessary to spread silicone under GS sprayed directly on glass... Other than the fact that it looks better from the outside. The landings I did straight on the glass have held up much better than the ones I did off the glass and siliconed on later.

It is VERY easy to make GS landings like you want, all you have to do is make sure that the tank is laying on the side you want to do it on, and then build in small layers until it is as high as you want, then carve and cover, and then turn the tank so that it is right side up, and the landing will stick out however you wanted it to. Just make sure if you want landings on different sides that you let each one cure before turning it to the next side to do the next landing. I did them in my frog tank like that. It was my first time using GS, and they turned out fine. I had to remove the landings from the glass when I broke the glass part of the tank, but I was still able to put them back in. So, if something happens and you have to remove them for any reason, don't just discard them, because you can use them again. Also, if you want a landing to extend out really far, it is advisable to put something strong into the GS to keep it from sagging, like a length of thin PVC or something. Really really long landings may need a support from underneath as well, so they do not sag or disconnect from the wall due to the weight.

Oi! Thank you!

I just found my tree frog out of its cage!

My Screen can't snap on.

So I've been applying pressure by placing rocks on the screen to keep it down.

This works fine, but i left the rocks off. So he put one finger through, then slid his whole body ( i know this is what he did cuz i watched him do it once)lol.

But don't worry I'm getting a 20-30 gallon in the next week or so with a snap on screen lid.

You can get Great Stuff at WalMart for a little less than $5 per can. Silicon at Lowe's is about $5 per tube. My water feature is about 18x18 and 12" tall just for a reference and it took 2 1/2 cans of GS and two tubes of silicon.
