i got 4 to 6 years for an anole here.

My squirrel frogs (so very similar to GTFs) used to sleep on the leaf the anole was on, and they never seemed the least bit stressed. I've seen GTFs in the wild habitating (or is it habituating?) the same bushes as anoles, so IMO, I don't think they would get stressed.
