Ok, let me rephrase this: You need to use the can upside down to make the GS come out and apply it....This is not a democratic choice

To clean the straw of excess GS when you are finished, just turn the can back to a normal position and use it. The gas will come out and blow away any GS left in the straw...

As for your last question, to give an exemple of what froggsong told you, i personaly have:
-a couple of BPs
-a couple of central BCI
-1 cornsnake male, 3 females....and now it is suposed to be 1.3.10 but i am too lazy right now to change my signature :P
-1 male gecko leopard and one juvenile of unidentified gender.

It's called teasing... I'm sorry that you don't appreciate our humor. I'll try to curb it a little. You really should use the search button to find out if the question has already been asked though.

Did you try poking the GS out of the straw?
