Ingenius filter placement! Maybe you can even find something to cover it up with. I like hidden rivers and waterways. I tried to do something like that a few times, but failed.
I like the setup very much. Very nice!
Lucky Bamboo looks nice now, but wait till it gets big, and starts to fade because its too close to the light. You're better off with an Anubias or something like that.
Excellent pond by the way!

Thanks for the comments. I really like it. The filter placement was kind of by accident. I wanted more water for the toads, but I also wanted some land on the right side so that it was not just an expanse of water. I actually think I made the land on the right hand side a bit too big. I might make it smaller sometime in the future. (Although I do really like that the filter cannot be seen from the front.) I will think about covering it up as well.
I know the "lucky bamboo" will not last there forever. It will grow too tall, and I will either have to keep it cut short or just remove it when the time comes.
