i need your opinions on what kind of door to use...i have acrylic hinges and glass...just not sure if i wanna do 2 doors with a spilt down the middle or a single door...and if i do a single door how to have it open...either like a normal door with a hinge down the side or hinge it across the bottom or the top and have it open that way...the opening measures 22.5inches across and 18 inches high...kinda worried that itll be to heavy as one piece for the hinges but i really dont want the split in the middle...also not sure about the best venting for this to keep the front clear...thanx

my personal preference in this situtation would be a single pain that opens down. if you open it up, you have to be abel to hold it there to work in the tank. opening down gravity willl hold it for you. i wouldnt worry too much about the hinge holing your glass inthat arrangement either. however, if you hang a piece of glass that size from the side, youll have to get some serious adhesive, or some thin glass.

i steer away from acrylic because of the warping, and scratching issues.

for venting, some sort of air flow just abovethe glass is usually reccomended. ive found air flow anywhere in the viv will eliminate moisture on the glass. my prefered method for this is a screen area towards the front, or a 1 1/2" fan, or a combination of the two. its more important for your frogs and plants to have proper humidity levels, than it is for them to have clear glass. remember that!

no, on the top of the viv, towards the front edge. i dont like anything on the front if i can help it. if you have a vent up there for airflow, the fan can placed over it for additional circulation.
