aquakevem is on a distinguished road
Default aquakevem's 15g vivarium

Howdy!

I'm interested in using a 15g high as a vivarium to hold a pair of dart frogs. I've actually been in the hobby of keeping saltwater reef aquariums. So keeping this vivarium will cause me to spend much more money But it's definitely worth it after everything is setup.

Couple of questions,

*I use RO/DI water for my aquariums. But do i just wanna use RO or RO/DI water for vivarium?

*Will a single 32W 6500k PC be enough light?

*Is it safe to collect rocks an wood from the outdoors?

All i can think of for now

Kev

I dont know about the water.

the Light should be fine. the biggie with lights is to not create to much heat.

It is safe to collect rocks and wood as lon as there are not allot of pesticides in the area. make sure you clean them well and bake the wood in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, heck the rocks too. this will kill and unwanted critters and bacteria.
