Hello everyone, I'm new here also.

A special hello to MrKing in the UK [Mr King in the US here ]

I stubbled upon this site. I'm new to actually having a pet snake in my home.

I got a cali-king, you can imagine why I picked a King

But, he seems to have been hurt or sick from the time I got him. He did not last me but 10 short days. The store I got him from helped me replace him with what I hope is still agreeable to them. Really stand up guys, if you can warrantee a pet, they definately did. If in Jackson MS and in need of pet stuffs, I HIGHLY recommend 'The Jungle' which is in Richland.

So, I got my 'new' snake, same make and model. He eats great, is very lively, good looking and curious.

I'll post more later I'm sure and thank you all for being here to help.

Well as a relative newbe to this site myseelf I welcome you both.
I'm still trying to finish up my first project for some breeder Anoles.
Started breeding the Anoles to have a lizard type to offer hatchling King, Milk, and African House snakes but they have grown on me.

welcome guys! MrKing, you might want to go just a little larger on that tank if it is for a pair, otherwise when they are full grown, there wont be enough room.

Excuse me?
My name is what it is, John E Dove. I use my real name on every forum I participate on. No self aggrandizement or deception, just plain ol me.
Perhaps you should consider more specificity when making posts of this nature.
I believe if you wish to alter your screen name you can contact the site administrator to make your request.

actually if she wanted to change her SN i could do it for her but her question was posed from the posts a couple before hers where marty and mr king were discussing their nicks and making the tongue in cheek coments and her play on the word queen was obvious enough in my mind to tell that she was trying to tag along with their discussion but changed the context from king to queen because she is most likely female (forgive me if im wrong in that assumption) it doesnt seem that she meant any insults to yourself or anyone else for that matter. I myself am guilty of the mistake of not being clear enough in a post cause sometimes it seems clear enough to yourself. a recommendation to you would be to try and not be as abrasive when bringing up a matter as such it will simply and quickly lead to other people getting disgruntled and arguments. please enjoy your time on this forum and use it for what it is meant. it would be appreciated if there were nomore replies to the quoted comment or this thread will be closed.

Yes indeed, play nice. This forum is still at its infancy when it comes to participation, though its been around for a while, no need to make waves and instigate silly arguments that lead to nothing useful.
