Can you tell me a little about the temperature, size tank, a little history (how long have you had her).

Give her a warm bath in some sort of a clean container, or your kitchen sink. Let her soak up the warm water.

Make sure your tank has the proper temp for a dragon and provide a basking spot.

Do you have a photo of her (a recent one) I'm pretty good at caring for reptiles and may get a better idea if I see her real time...

we'll help you get this fixed...

heres some pictures, dont really know the tempature but last time i checked (i used my friends temp thing) it was about 110 i think in the basking spot, now i have a new log since then but there about same height with same light. ive had her for about a month, its a 20 gallon tank, i was worried about her so i put some dragon dust that i have in water and mixed it and feed her drops of that cause she wasnt eatting, dont know if that is good or bad.

Get some thermometers, the kind that stick on glass work fine they are like 3 or 4 dollars. you need to know your temps at all time get one for the warm side and one for the cool side.

A few thing I noticed.
I have 5 dragons here, and been raising them for years...

I noticed you don't have a UVB light.
All my tanks have 3 lights. You have a nice white daytime basking light (Thats great)
You'll have to get a RED night time basking light, and a UVB/UVA flourenscent light, if you get one that has a plastic protective cover make sure you take it off. You can always contact me if you need help.

With out UVB your dragons are unable to produce the D vitamin and can die from metabolic bone disease. UVB with provide this so they can build on Ca (calcium). Also supliment the crickets with calcium powder. But a dragons diet mostly consists of dark grren vegatables.

Night time temps could get very low without the proper heating, a constant heat source is nessesary.

That blue light should be ok at night. Use that.

Continue to use the white basking light you have to create that hot spot in the tank.

In conjunction with that get an additional UVB light. One like this will work:
