Default Eygypt Uromastyx...PROBLEM

what could possibly making my Uro have lots of diahrea? We feed him Kale and Turnip Greens and then have another dish for bird seed, which he doesnt eat much. But he poops all over his basking rock and lays in it. not good. any suggestions on diet would be very appreciated.

Simple fix: his diet is off.
Uromastyx should have a basic salad consisting of dandelion greens, curly endive and escarole. Kale isn't necessarily bad for uros (being a close relative of collard greens) but should not be the staple. Turnip greens do very little for them as well. As for the waste issue. try to spot clean his enclosure at least once a day. (Remove all visible waste.) I am not sure what you mean by "diarrhea" either. Uromastyx will often remove excess water. Which is a sign of a hydrated animal. However if that doesn't clear it up: take a sample to a vet, he/she will know what to do.
