Default Calcium Suppliments

I know that Uromastyx are supposed to get Calcium and vitamen suppliments, but I've never been able to nail down how often and in what amounts it should be given, anyone with experience in the matter that could help shed some light on this please do!

I use reptocal, a calcium supplement that you dust or gut load your pets food with. You can get it or an equal at most pet stores

If your Uro is a youngster then give it’s veggies a Calcium dusting twice a week, once a week for an adult.
Use a multi vitamin supplement 2 per month. If you are feeding a good balanced veggie diet that should be plenty.
For amount, I use salt shakers and literally make the powder look like a light dust on the veggies before mixing them into the diet mix.

Did you know that you can save money and buy Centrum for the multivitamin? It also has better quality nutrients in it and you know what you are getting is in date. All you have to do is crush it. I know that wasn't what you asked, but I just thought I should put it out there. You might also want to read Melissa Kaplan's site : Melissa Kaplan's Herp and Green Iguana Information Collection
She has a good recipe for a nice balanced iguana salad that should also be good for your Uro.
