Default My first Mantids

Pseudocreobotra wahlbergii (spiney flower mantis, or number nine mantis). they're still young. here's what they look like now:

i got him from ian at insectstore.com

i have some pics of the enclosure on my camera at home, i'll try to upload them later on. this is the best i have for now. also a couple newer pics.






this isn't a wahlbergii, but these guys just hatched a couple days ago. they're my first nymphs. how cute!

they remind me of men in black; that giant alien bug thing except in white instead of green. that is so awsum!

They're on vacation. Have to find out if they can send egg cases. They are from the uk.
