How Poisonous?!?

so, exactly how poisonous are these things? I know they only release there toxins when distressed ..

My cat and then the crashing....

to make a long story short, everybody was on the floor, tank cracked in several places, and im digging through multiple layers of eco earth with frogs flying and skinks running and all i can think about is that poor bug

i picked him up and examined him....he is ok, but he sure was mad

...for a millipede

everyone is rehomed....but now im wondering

and how big of an impact can these guys take? he will be molting soon so was buried in dirt, will a three foot fall covered in dirt hurt him? he landed in the water dish, which is large, with all the hides piled on top, i think thats what saved him from being crushed....

im a bit panicked about it

reddish brown all over

he is fine btw, and so am i, i think he just set a record for time a carrot can be consumed

they tokins are not poisonous they are caustic. it will burn your skin a little bit if you touch it. from what i've hear you would have to un coil them with your hands to get them to do that! i'm sure if he's eeating and moving around he's fine

Well first of all if it is sold at Petco, they are not poisonous. The secretion might make you itch, irritate, stain, or burn your skin a bit (Just like handling bleach), but not poisonous. Petco as well as other major retail establishments can not sell animals that are poisonous, besides at one point in my life I was a store manager for them. I can't believe I admitted to that. (;
