sulking cranwells horned frog

hello everyone
new to this forum but not to frog keeping.

i have a single cranwells horned frog a frog that i'm not experienced with which i got about a year ago.
in november he ate everything in sight then buried himself and is now flatly refusing to wake up.

has anyone got any experience of aestivating horned frogs and the best way to get them back up and about, because i've tried flooding him and raising the temperature but this works for about a week then he buries himself without eating.
he's not losing weight but i'm a bit concerned that he's now woken twice and gone back to sleep without eating anything, other than one mouse since christmas.
