To come back to tabetai, i am starting to understand. I have just read explainations on this. Altought it was kind of advanced for my current knowledge, i saw that verbs could have adverbs in them to better define the action.

It is always linked to the verb, after it. I saw around 9 'endings'. Each giving a different sense to the verb it is attached to. I also read about how to incorporate them to the verb depending if they are of the 1st or 2nd groupe.

Actually, i prefer the pen and paper method. Writing the hirigana gives a better sense to the sound itself. Tedious. Have half of it almost perfectly.

If i read an unknown sentence writen in hirigana, i reconize those i know, and can spell them correctly. The missing half makes my ignorante of the whole phrase

Meanwile, even if i can't write them, i try to remember some words. Add a little bit of grammar like in my previous text, and..well...time will tell.

So far, i have read interesting things. Knowing 2 tongues makes it easier for me to understand the concepts of sentencing in japanese. I will learn more.

A little bit in every sphere of the japanese tongue. Culture is already pretty much sold to me.

What's the reason for the original interest in Japanese? - if you don't mind my asking?

Really hard to say...Since i was raized in a place where japanese movies and animes weren't restricted as in here. I guess i got the love for the culture there...After i started earing more of the tongue intself.

i remember as a kid, around 8 years old, the movie 'shogun assassin'. I used to watch it very often. Kind of very violente, i know. But i was attracted to the concept of evrything in it. The total different way to interpret a story, the totaly alien concept...It goes deeper than just the blood, swords, ect...the whole scenario, the screenplay, the acting.

After that, you talk about 22 years of interest. But i have reach saturation. To evolve in it more, i now need to learn the basic of it all.....

(just to bother the others!!!: when you guys were enjoying dragonball 10 years ago, i watched it on TV 15 years before that 8) :P )
