In answer to the OPs last question, Ihave not purchased from them yet but plan to if they still have the "tropical moss" and I am able to identify the species so I know won't kill it.
I did post a message to them on their site 2 days ago but have yet to hear back.

well, i just ordered a bunch of plants from black jungle, so ill let you know how my experience goes. i live in canada, so it'll be interesting to see if my flora arrive unmolested....

I ordered some LECA from Black Jungle last week and received my shipment today. They had good communication. I had to pay a heavy item surcharge, but other than that, I was happy with the price.
