Default Plant id needed

I have 2 plants that I do not know what they are ,thus I dont know what there best habitat is.I bought them both at a place that sells terrerium plants but they were simply labeled as "tropical".Any help would be appreciated,thanks for looking.

The second one looks like some type of Maranta. Have you tried contacting their supplier?

My guess is that the second one is a Peperomia rather than a Maranta judging by the stem and leaf habit.Don't you just love those little "tropical" labels? So helpful!

Im glad people are slowly answering this post,so far none of the suggestions really look like it though.Its a moot point however as it has died.The other one is doing great [pic 408].It didnt like the very moist conditions of the bottom of the viv so I planted it higher in a planting divot ,it is staying very compact but it does look nice.
