Well mostly time really. I only have so much. There are so many animals I would like to be able to have at hand to observe but, I have to keep grounded and be honest about the amount of time I have to care for them. I dont want anything to get neglected so For now I am just going to keep what ive got. Plus I use my 20L as a feeder tank for my python, Spose i could feed him in a plastic storage bin is I really got Serious about a Scorpion. If I came across a Hairy Desert Scorpion Id do it but I cant find one for sale. maybe at the exotic animal expo coming in Feb if im lucky.

This hobby is very addicting-I always want more too!!! Like Froggsong, I have to be realistic about my time, though. A lot of my stuff is going to end up in my classroom-so I have to pick critters than can take a weekend of slight neglect. I can, however, assign students to take care of the animals during the week so this would help out a lot-plus they absolutely love being in charge of the animals. It's really cool and these are high school kids!!!!
