OK, so you already knew how to take care of yourself--great! I've seen a few posts suggesting the poster didn't have a clue. Glad you're doing what you need to do to stay safe!

The build so far really looks promising--very naturalistic and has a LOT of potential!

Question: will even a 125-gallon terrarium have room for over 30 plant species? I'm familiar with a number of those plants, and they don't stay tiny!

I meant to say this is a list I came up with of plants from Panama that I have. I will most likely not use all of them but I will use that list to best fit the plants in where they would grow the best.

Gotcha--that makes sense! I get really frustrated when I'm building a terrarium because I fall in love with so many plants but can't have all of them--either requirements differ too much, or they get too big, or there are just too many . . .

I'm just too darned greedy!

Well the silicone is all done except for some touch up.

Next will be to work on the lighting enclosures on the side and top. Since I have to do all my wood working outside I will most likely wait until after Christmas to make the enclosures. It's cold (for here) today and in the 20's.

I have been continuing work on my plants list and found a great site if you happen to be doing a bio-type of Panama

I am in the process of working on the lighting enclosures. The side enclosure will house 2 4' t-8 tubes and I haven't decided what I will put in the top.

I am continuing work on my plant list. I have a Panama biotype category on my website which I am filling with plants I already have that work for Panama. I have lots of work to do on this so it will be forever evolving.

I certainly will not be using all of them but it's nice to have a large selection.

OK, so both sides are finished. I will begin work on the top lights now. Still not sure what I will use. The left side will house all the mechanical/electrical systems. Haven't yet decide whether I will have a mist system or just a fogger. I'm also looking for an interesting vine/vines to go in it that can hold up. Any ideas?
