Woohoo! Thanks for the honor Froggsong! It is a 20 gallon I believe, 12"X16"X24". I have a question for anyone who can help, my grout is cracking and I am concerned about it getting water logged along the waterfall, how should I seal it? I finished the front of the waterfall tonight I will just let it dry then take pics. That means the base is almost done now I just have the top third to do. I built it in two pieces because I wanted to seal the bottom piece of plexi-glass on the aquarium early as I thought it would be easier to seal that way. (btw I tested it a few days ago and it didn't leak!) Also I thought it would be easier to work outside the aquarium then inside it. The end is in sight!

loving the naturalistic woodland highlands and gravel pit water area... the bark really gives the bg depth... and the tall rainforest - esque water fall... classic!
Well it’s been a little while since my last post. I have been struggling mightily with my grout cracking but I think I have it under control. I switched to a thinker mix and the cracks don’t seem to be coming back. I still have to seal it to be able to try running the water feature. The top third is coming along, however the grout cracked there too so it is going slower then I would like. I added a fairly large planter that I hope will not pull the BG off the back of the viv. Once both pieces have their grout sealed I will install them in the aquarium. Oh yeah in the mean time I was able to take out the top piece of glass and install glass and screen. Other then the corner where I broke the front piece of glass while removing the top I think it went well.
I finally got back to it after a break to contimplate my next move, I was frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. Over the last few weeks I tested the stream and made some modifications. I then smeared brown silicone on the glass to hide the edges of the FB. Once it was dry slid the FB into place and added some foam to fill in the gaps. That's where I am now.
I have been trying to figure out how to get the "top" piece of glass out and install screen just like what you did how did you do it
