Default Pics from a new guy

Hi guys

Here are pics I snapped of my FBT's and there home,

I am planning on a bigger water section of the tank, right now it is about a third of the tank, I just have to grab a bigger dish, they were kept in a mostly terra set-up before and spend most of there time in the moss,(of cours not in this pic) if there not climbing the tank
my substrate is a half block of eco earth and a covering of zilla beak moss with a peice living of frog moss, I have a hydrometer in the tank and it always reads 90% or better.

The leafy plant is not real though.

I think these little guys have gotten my hooked on frogs and vivarium building

let me know what you think

I love it. It looks really good. Just make sure to change out the water every day or every 2days since your don't have a filter.

I have 3 questions though. Is that a ten gallon? How many toads are in that tank? And is zilla beak moss saghanium moss (sp?)??

It is a 10 gallon tank with four toads, the zilla bag says it is kindbergia oregana,

I change the water pretty much every night , never more than two days between changes, this set up makes that pretty easy,

With these toads, it is a 5gallon per toad rule. It might be very cramped with 4 toads in a ten gallon. You can get a very cheap 20gallon Long (to double floor space) on a Craigslist. People are real desperate to get rid of them so they sell them for dirt cheap. I found a 75 gallon on there the other day for $20, but I am not needing one.

I don't know about the beak moss so I wont say anything about that. Just watch closely for any illness because it might be impaction.

---But overall I love the tank! It's so pretty. It would look more pretty if it was doubled in floor space! Your frogs will be so happy with all the needed-extra space.
