Pothos is very easy to find, Mike. Just go to Lowe's, Home Depot or any plant store.

It's generally recommended that you allow for four gallons of space per toad, you definitely don't want to overcrowd your tank.

Go ahead and buy the heater and stick it to the back of the tank instead of on the bottom. I've noticed that my toads like to sit up against the glass where the heater is during Winter.

pennsy to chi-town is quite a hike for someone who doesn't fly. i'm pretty sure it's safe to look from such a distance since i won't be able to sneak out and get back by the time wifey's off work. regardless marriage is what makes it necessary to look. before that i could touch whatever i wanted. as walter the puppet stated all i can do now is run to the end of my chain and bark... so i'm barking with my eyes wide open these days...

but um... not really. we live the life but no papers as of yet...

Holly Shit, I thought you were a chick beck!

The Blond at the CRH is the one that took care of me today. they were SWAMPED. Im 3/4 of the way done for this weekend. Im going to finish a few things up and snap a bunch of pics. Im not the new owner of 3 FBT and a 50G viv.

Next weekends plans, Snatch the ceramic tile saw from work and make a flag stone water fall. I have a decent amount of flag stone so I bought a pump for the water fall.

I WANT SOME DAMN MUSHROOMS IN MY TANK!

I wonder how the FBT would do if I grew some psilocybin in with em.

Im going in too see the "blond" this Tuesday. Ill tell her I need a picture of the wonderful girl that got me all set up.

Well Here it is. Go easy on me, its my first attempt...









The water was nice and clear then I decided I needed a little more gravel. Bad idea. the gravel stirred things up bad so I'm waiting for it to settle so the water is a little cloudy right now.

Thanks for all the help guys.

Edit, So within the past 5 minutes 2 of the light bulbs have poped and went out... Not cool.

got them at the pet store? get them at walmart next time... much cheaper and last longer.

the frogs will like softer, more acidic water i'd think. that murkiness from the gravel is most likely lye. lye is alkaline, not acid. i'd swap that water out a few times till it's clear and swap out a little everyday for a couple weeks or month if it is.

Looks pretty good, Mike. You should probably put some plants in the water so that the toad (or toads, I only saw one) has something to hang onto.
