You seem to have a nice pond setup for them there. Put in some live plants, if you don't already have them. I would put in some lettuce, eventually, keep the water clean, no strong filters that will suck up the taddies.
I don't have experience with tads of this species but I have raised other tads. They all pretty much like vegetable matter to munch on, and algae. When their legs start to pop out, give them an easy way out of the water or else they could drown.
